Are you eager to use cutting-edge technology to transform the financial sector? We are too Join our Tech Advisory team as a Data & AI Strategist. You will be part of Synpulse8, the technical brainchild of Synpulse, an established and globally active management consulting company for the financial services industry.
- Technical consulting with a focus on results for our clients in the field of data strategy, AI and data management, covering strategic and operational tasks
- You will be responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of data & AI strategies for our clients
- Present results and interact with clients
- Collaborate and share knowledge with colleagues from different teams and regions

**About you**:

- Master’s degree from a renowned university (a strong preference for mathematics, data science, statistics, engineering, econometrics, or a similar degree)
- 2 or more years of professional, work experience within data strategy, data governance or data science in Banking
- Excellent problem-solving, conceptual, and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in teams, flexible, with excellent social skills, and at ease explaining complex problems to a broad range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical experts
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of data models, data strategy and AI use cases, good understanding of relevant statistical methods, algorithms, modelling techniques and implementation, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
- Experience with data strategy, AI, databases and big datasets
- Fluent in French and English is a must, German is a plus
