The Account Manager - Trade Basic (AM) is mainly responsible for servicing the clients in the day-to-day work and handling administrative tasks. She/he will be responsible to execute trades and this entails dealing with routine enquiries and transactions as well as documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Moreover, it will be a task of the AM to keep the KYC profiles of our clients up to date and live up to the bank’s quality standards. In addition to this, the AM will also support actively the Team Head of the Trade Basic Desk in new initiatives or projects.
Professionalism and responsiveness are key.
**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
- Service clients in the day-to-day work and handle administrative tasks
- Ensure efficient and prompt handling of orders, trades, transactions, etc.
- Continuous deepening of customer relationships and optimization of related revenues
- Conducting client meetings (incl. pre
- and post-processing of meetings)
- Performance of KYC Reviews
- Handle the account openings for new clients as well as account changes to existing clients
- Monitor the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; take action where instruction is standard
- Support the Team Head in initiatives or projects
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Generalist know-how of a broad array of asset classes paired with a strong interest for financial markets
- In-depth knowledge in banking and pronounced knowledge in all asset classes in a portfolio context
- Experience as Relationship Manager Assistant (RMA) or Junior Relationship Manager (JRM)
- Experience in Projects
- Excellent written and oral skills in Spanish, Italian and English; additional languages e.g. German, French is a plus
- Further education in financial markets (university/university of applied science, AZEK, CFA etc.)
- Very good inter-personal skills, open and approachable
- Displays genuine interest in people, ability to relate to clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Persistent and passionate about client service
- Possesses good judgement and ability to work under pressure
- Able to act with diligent and rigorous approach also in demanding situations
