**What You’ll Be Doing**

This isn’t just another internship. As part of our Lugano team, you’ll be fully immersed in real projects from day one:
Operations Management:

- Customer Experience: Ensure our B2C, B2B, and End-of-Tenancy services run smoothly, delivering top-tier experiences to our customers.
- Customer Success: Improve our client's retention by solving problems relating to agent absences, handling different kind of complaints with care and cleverness, insuring a 5* service, and gathering feedback on our performances.
- Agent management: Provide our cleaning agents with the support they need in their daily routine by answering their questions and requests.. Operational Strategy: Collaborate with our leadership to streamline processes and enhance our operational efficiency.

Growth
- Customer acquisition: We are looking for a results-oriented, sales-driven individual with strong commercial acumen, capable not only of effectively managing clients and agents but also of identifying strategic partnership opportunities and developing innovative initiatives to boost customer acquisition
- Process Improvement: Give your input to help us improve our existing processes, making our business management more efficient.
- Brand Strategy: Contribute to shaping and maintaining our brand identity across multiple markets.
- Growth Hacking: Work with our growth team to explore new strategies for scaling our services and expanding our market reach.
