**About the job**:
Within the Enterprise Transformation teams at Workforce & Organization of Capgemini Invent Switzerland, we want the Intelligent HR team to continue to have an impact on the transformation challenges facing HR departments. We support them in diagnosing and building their vision of the Employee Experience from recruitment to exit, in defining their organizational models and in increasing the value and skills of their function. Our main focus is on the employee experience in the context of digital transformation by concentrating on the following themes: the evolution of the HR profession and associated skills, the impacts of automation / RPA and the transformations driven by HCM solutions (notably Workday, Successfactors, Oracle HCM - and Servicenow).
Our enthusiastic and creative consultants propose concrete solutions to organizational problems and put them into practice, adapting to the specific context of our clients. As a Manager/Director within the Intelligent HR team, you will provide expertise within the firm and to clients on the design, implementation, and deployment strategies of HCM solutions with the Group's strategic partners, one of which being Workday. You will rely on your convictions about the uses and best practices of these solutions, an excellent understanding of the HR business in one or more sectors and your knowledge of the impact of automation on the business. You will manage these projects according to Agile principles, using co-construction methods such as Design Thinking to meet customer needs. You will be expected to be able to evolve in an ecosystem of varied expertise to enrich your approaches and be sensitive to the coaching and transmission of knowledge to your teams.

At Workforce & Organization, within Capgemini Invent, the teams work on HR, change management and organizational change projects. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated change in the way we work and in our workplaces. In addition, the impact of digitalization and technologies such as automation and AI that were already present before COVID-19 is accelerating and has profound consequences for talent and the nature of work. The new normal therefore calls more than ever for a culture in which leaders understand these implications for roles, skills and talent, and create a culture of continuous development where the employee experience is optimal. At W&O, you are involved in projects that address these new challenges and you have the opportunity to make an impact at the client's end.

- You will lead your projects and advise our clients on how to manage the impact of technology on their talent.
- You will advise clients and teams on the development of projects to improve the Employee Experience, foster retention & strengthen employer-employee relationships.
- You will develop programmes to promote the adoption of digital culture to ensure the success of the transformation.
- You advise your clients on the use and protection of their data.
- You manage your project teams, sometimes internationally.
- You like to create and maintain strong networks both with your clients and within your organization.
**Your qualifications**:
Are you active in creating business opportunities and converting them into sales? A sales objective is part of this function. Are you a thought leader in the field of Intelligent HR? You make an important contribution to the development of our services for our clients.
You have a strong analytical mind, and you are impactful in your interventions. You actively listen, challenge and work towards the best result for the client. Your passion extends to the people around you and you are interested in what makes people and organizations tick. In addition, you can also demonstrate:
- Between 5 - 9 years of professional experience, of which at least 5 years in consulting.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of change management methodologies and project and programme management in the design and implementation of HCM solutions especially Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the HR function and its current changes.
- Ability to lead and drive large-scale, complex, international change processes such as digital transformations, reorganizations, implementations and/or process improvements.
- Demonstrable market knowledge and a strong network in at least 1 business sector (financial sector, utilities, consumer products, energy, industry,...) within TGE.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, commercial orientation, and motivation.
- Proven affinity with technology/IT in general and you bring an in-depth knowledge of digital transformation.
- Excellent command of French and English.
- An appetite for innovation and interaction with external partners.
