Strategic Brewing Technology Lead Strategic Brewery

The Strategic Brewing Technology Lead ensures that the assigned Strategic Accounts in the brewery segment get the full value and benefit from Endress+Hauser portfolio, tools, and technologies. Together with the Strategic Account Manager, the Strategic Brewing Technology Lead develops, maintains and expands a long-term strategic relationship. The main goal is high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
From the customer's viewpoint, the Strategic Brewing Technology Lead analyses the customer and identifies possibilities to improve further customer’s processes along the full life cycle, in all areas of a factory. The scope is both in improving existing and providing inspiration and consulting for future innovations by utilizing the co-creation process. In alignment with the Account Strategy and Account Development Plan, the Strategic Brewing Technology Lead drives initiatives and activities to reach the set goals - both in the form of Account-Based Marketing as well as an expert consultant.
To thrive within brewing industry, it is crucial to align with the important players in the ecosystem such as major OEMs and plant builders. By strategically coordinating between these key stakeholders, the position can effectively add value to the ecosystem, fostering collaborative efforts that contribute to overall industry growth.
**Role + Responsibilities**
- Working alongside the Strategic Account Manager to ensure alignment with the efforts to maximize retention, adoption and customer satisfaction; periodically engage directly in the sales process, specifically within complex global opportunities
- Become an expert consultant, advising the customers on how to best leverage Endress+Hauser complete portfolio, tools and technologies; primary target group being the corporate stakeholders
- Develop and carry out initiatives/activities to guide customers to unlock and realize untapped values for their technical and business processes (Account-Based Marketing initiatives)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Products, Solutions, Service, Marketing, Account Management, including the full ecosystem, bringing them into the customer conversations as needed Collaborate within the brewery ecosystem to add value
**Qualification + Profile**
- Genuine desire to help people and make others succeed
- Capable of understanding both customer’s technical and business processes within the Brewing Industry
- Consulting mindset and competences
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Engineering degree in the Brewing Industry
- Fluent in English; other languages would be an advantage Open to international travels
