**Responsibilities**:

- As a key leader in the Data Analytics and Digital Acceleration Team, this role will be uniquely positioned to work collaboratively with strategic external partners, IA experts, and regional leaders across the business and technology, to passionately understand digital needs, operationalize our intelligent automation approach, roadmap within the region, and drive processes that effectively deliver data and insights across functions, enabling outcomes that matter in our local markets
- Empower our technology and business partners by delivering streamlined and modern processes that allow focus on differentiated high-value-added tasks that will be foundational in achieving our digital-first ambitions
- The Intelligent Automation (IA) Enterprise Products & Strategy Lead will grow and lead a cross-functional team of full-time direct reports and dotted line resources
- Assume ownership of integrated IA strategy across domains within the region and portfolio prioritization, by shaping and evolving the EMEA regional enterprise strategy to ensure alignment with the digital first strategy, regional objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Understand business needs and opportunities within the business for IA solutions by identifying common themes and use cases across regions within the same domain via a community of practice to pull through and unlock broader value and potential
- Promote reusability and minimize redundancy across product portfolio by ensuring leveragability and re-useability of IA solutions where applicable to common challenges and opportunities across regions and functions
- Oversee technical product ownership and business analysis on multiple product teams by managing a team of Technical Product Owners, responsible for individual functions in an agile environment, ensuring each function’s product opportunities and end use-cases come to fruition
- Deliver and accelerate value realization by defining and tracking KPIs to capture value realization for strategic initiatives
- Contribute to an IA community of practice (COP) through cross-regional knowledge sharing whereby participating in Global Enterprise COP with Product & Strategy Leads from other regions to ensure alignment of work to Global Enterprise OKRs, areas of cross-regional synergies, and opportunities for integrated program management (e.g., Supply Chain solutions for both NA and EMEA)
- Provide coaching and IA Product feedback by conducting product reviews, giving actionable feedback, and mentoring junior team members.
- Coach product teams toward best practices and learning by overseeing product teams' support of the messaging, communication, and stakeholder outreach as necessary

**Qualifications** Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Business, or a similar field
- A minimum of 6 years of related experience supporting automation technology deployments, process mapping, feasibility analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- A minimum of 3 years of product management experience
- Experience leading technical teams, managing priorities, balancing resources between operational support and enhancements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
- Experience designing and implementing RPA solutions across a variety of business and technology processes
