Your tasks
- Development and Management of the team
- Capacity planning and coordination of laboratory tasks
- Lean process Management
- Encourage the team in technical issues
- Ensuring on-time delivery of analytical results
- Handling of critical GMP cases
- Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements
- Main point of contact for customer audits and inspections by authorities
- Creation of quotes for analysis

Your qualifications and attributes
- We are looking for team players who want to share their knowledge with the team and improve their personal skills
- Background in GMP chemistry, analytical sciences or a related field
- Must-have: Leadership experience
- Experience in Liquid chromatography and Dissolution
- Experience with Software such as Chromeleon, WinSotax and LIMS
- TLC knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Fluent in English and German
