To strengthen our dynamic spa team, we are looking for you as a spa receptionist for the 2025/2026 winter season

Key Responsibilities
- Taking reservations
- Working according to Kempinski standards
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Being ready to give massages
- Cleaning the spa area
- Selling different services and products
- Coordinating different appointments

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- An organised and precise way of working
- Successfully completed specialist training and initial professional experience in the upmarket hotel industry
- You are motivated to learn new things and create unforgettable moments for guests
- Resilience, tidiness and a very high level of quality awareness
- Good German and English skills are a prerequisite; another foreign language, such as Russian, is an advantage
