**Your mission**:

- Take a leading role in the development of advanced HMIs for our medical devices, leveraging your expertise in QML and the Qt framework
- Drive architectural decisions for HMI development, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and adherence to industry standards
- Mentor team members, share knowledge, and lead by example to raise the skill level of the team in QML and Qt development
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the industry, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation

**Your profile**:

- Proven experience as an expert in QML development with a focus on HMI design and implementation, ideally for medical devices or other regulated industries
- Strong background in the Qt framework, including Qt Quick and associated libraries
- Expertise in translating design prototypes (e.g., from Figma or similar tools) into functional, high-quality interfaces
- Solid experience with C++ and object-oriented programming
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Professional English skills
