**Votre mission**: Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 (Eurovision), nous recherchons dès aujourd'hui un.e Production Assistant pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée jusqu'à fin mai 2025. Au sein de l'équipe Eurovision Production (150-200 personnes), votre cahier des charges est le suivant:

- Soutenir administrativement l'équipe centrale Production,
- Organiser des entretiens, des vols, des réservations d'hôtel, etc.
- Tenir le planning d'intervention de l'équipe Eurovision Production et gérer les documents de production,
- Établir des contrats et rédiger des procès-verbaux de séances pour l'ensemble du domaine technique,
- Offrir un soutien dans la logistique de l'événement.

**Votre profil**:

- Compréhension technique tirée de votre expérience dans la branche événementielle / technique événementielle
- Talent pour l'organisation et la communication, résistance au stress et capacité à garder son calme même dans les situations les plus chaotiques
- Habilité à penser en réseau, vivacité d'esprit, sens de la précision et flexibilité
- Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, de l'allemand et du français (parlé et écrit)
- Très bonnes connaissances d'Office 365
