**Your role**
- Interested in working in finance, specifically to support business clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Real Assets (Asset Management) business in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

- support relationship managers in their day-to-day work, including preparing for client visits and executing transactions
- maintain relationships with internal and external clients
- build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy

**Your team**
- You will be working in our Asset Management Global Real Assets team. As one of the largest real assets investment managers worldwide, we actively deliver a wide range of solutions across the risk / return spectrum covering real estate, food & agriculture, infrastructure, private equity and private credit, including in niche strategies for institutional and private clients. The team based in Zurich covers the direct real estate assets in EMEA ex DACH.

**Your expertise**
- has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
- has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
- is fluent in English, proficiency in German is an advantage
- has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
- is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- is motivated to know more about the financial sector

Start date: March or April 2025

**Your program**
- This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
