Our Local Service Unit in Switzerland plays a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and highly organized **Executive Assistant**to support the General Manager and ensure smooth operations across the team.

**How you'll make an impact**

- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule and prepare management meetings, and write protocols

- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft 365 tools

- Maintain files and structured documentation system

- Support planning and execution of internal meetings, workshops, and events

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication

- Assist with travel arrangement, expense reporting and cost center controlling and management of small projects

- Contribute to office efficiency by managing supplies, and variety of administrative processes

**Your background**

- Proven experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); SharePoint experience is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills in **German and English**(B2/C1 level)

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

- Flexibility and a proactive mindset
