**Introduction to role**:
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a significant impact in the world of pharmaceuticals? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Cluster Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of a common Quality system and strategy for GMP and GDP activities across the WESE Cluster of Commercial marketing companies. This is a pivotal role in the development of Global AZ Affiliate Quality Strategy and executes cluster strategy for Affiliate Quality and Marketing Company GMP/GDP. You will be accountable for compliance with worldwide standards for all local GMP & GDP activities and will lead a team of quality professionals in the Cluster.

**Accountabilities**:
As a Quality Cluster Lead, you will develop, support, and drive excellence in Affiliate GMP&GDP (Good Manufacturing and Good Distribution Practice) Quality activities to maintain the local License to Operate. You will provide leadership for GMP & GDP strategy and activities across all markets and commercial SET areas in Cluster. You will also be responsible for defining the strategy for the commercial global markets ownership and execution of Affiliate GMP and GDP Quality System and framework in Region. You will represent Quality on cross-functional and cross SET teams and steering committees related to Affiliate markets.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Transformational leader with multi-cultural experience and high-performance line management experience.
- Demonstrated expert level knowledge of GDP quality management.
- Experience as a Responsible person (RP) on WDA/L.
- Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to make decisions and influence outcomes related to patient supply and AZ reputation.
- Strong business acumen with Integrity and high ethical standards.
- A broad understanding of the technical requirements within Quality and an ability to balance this with industry standards to achieve business goals.

**Desirable Skills/ Experience**
- Post-graduate qualification
- European Languages
- Knowledge of WESE countries (Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Greece/Cyprus, Ireland, Malta, Israel, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Lichtenstein)
