Deine Aufgaben
- Führung und Entwicklung des Teams Production Engineering Fabrikation in der Rolle als «Lead Factory»
- Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Entwicklung und Einführung von Prozess
- und Technologieentwicklungen, Standards sowie Produktionsdokumente mit Fokus auf Konformität, Qualität, Effizienz und Nachhaltigkeit (EN9100)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Forschung & Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferkette zur durchgängigen Gestaltung der Produktionsprozesse (design to cost, design to value)
- Identifizieren und lösen potenzieller Engpässe zur Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
- Mitwirken in anspruchsvollen und zukunftsweisenden Projekten der gesamtheitlichen, globalen Fabrikationsentwicklung

Damit überzeugst Du uns
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Industrial Engineering oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Aviatik.
- Fundierte Führungserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse seitens Production Engineering oder Engineering im Produktionsumfeld (Metall
- sowie Composites Bearbeitung)
- Gute ERP (SAP), PLM (Teamcenter), CAD (NX) sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und der Anwendung von Lean Methoden
- Gute Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse, Niveau C1 erwünscht, min. B2
- Fähigkeit komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und gesamtheitliche Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Überzeugende und durchsetzungsstarke, sowie belastbare und dienstleistungsbewusste Leadership Persönlichkeit
