We are seeking an experienced Solution Design Expert - Make to Order to support the design, optimization, and delivery of global order management and logistics solutions within a complex and highly regulated environment. In this role, you will ensure seamless integration between SAP systems and hospital-facing platforms such as CellChainPRO, helping to drive efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence across regions.
You will collaborate closely with global process owners, IT, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to deliver robust end-to-end process designs that directly support critical healthcare operations worldwide.
**Responsibilities**
- Design, implement, and optimize SAP Order Management, Distribution, and Invoicing processes for Make-to-Order workflows.
- Ensure seamless and reliable system integration between SAP and hospital-facing systems (e.g. CellChainPRO).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Support testing, validation, and deployment activities across regions including Europe, LaCan, and AsiaPac.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance data accuracy, traceability, and system performance.
- Provide expert-level support during go-lives, audits, and system upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer within the global SAP community.
- Drive standardization of Make-to-Order processes in alignment with global business and compliance requirements.
- Project Period: 2026-02-01 to 2026-09-30

**Profile**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash or Make-to-Order processes. Strong knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), MM, and integration with external systems.
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in solution design, system integration, and testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones (Europe, LaCan, AsiaPac).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Effective collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse teams and cultures.
- High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset.Change agility - comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments.
- English: Mandatory (fluent, both written and spoken).
