For our Lugano Branch (TI) we are looking for a **Project Manager (PM) **with strong expertise in manageing legal and regulatory projects within the banking industry, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards tailored to the unique requirements of digital banking initiative
- Verify compliance with Swiss/European regulations
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, business leaders, and project teams, to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and foster effective communication
- Projects controlling (risk identification / issue tracking and management / reporting...)
- Preparation of dashboards for stakeholders on Plan / Resources / Budget

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the banking industry, with a focus on legal and regulatory projects
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, economics or computer science
- Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project)
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks in the banking industry, particularly in relation to Basel 3.1/Basel IV and SWIFT Payments (ISO 20022 CBPR+)
- Project planning, controlling and monitoring capabilities
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English and Italian
- PMP or IPMA or PRINCE2 certifications will be considered as a plus
- The data will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of this or future selections, in compliance with the Federal Data Protection Law (LPD) and guaranteeing the rights referred to in art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) _
