Sales Assistant

We from Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, are currently looking for an experienced **Sales Assistant**on behalf of one of our clients, based in **Montreux.**

**Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant**:

- Provide a personalised and memorable shopping experience by anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and regular follow-ups.
- Proactively drive sales by engaging customers, recommending products, and using up-selling techniques.
- Maintain expert knowledge of the collections, brand heritage, craftsmanship, and product details.
- Stay informed on new arrivals, current trends, and ongoing promotions.
- Support with inventory management, restocking, and adherence to store procedures, including cash handling and security.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment and ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements as a Sales Assistant**:

- Previous experience in luxury retail or premium customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for customer engagement.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a client-first mindset.
- High attention to detail in both store and product presentation.
- Genuine passion for British heritage brands, craftsmanship, and luxury fashion.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Permanent, 40-60%

Pay: CHF20’000.00 - CHF25’000.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

- Bonus pay
