The Shore Excursions Fleet Supervisor oversees all aspects of Shore Excursions on board MSC Fleet,is responsible and accountable for driving sales through the effective coaching of the Shore Excursions teams in areas such as profit growth, expense control, product training, staff development and customer service. - At least 3 years of experience in the role of onboard Shorex Manager; - Fluent in English (minimum B2) and any additional language is a plus; - Computer proficiency with MS Office Package; - Knowledge of Fidelio is an advantage; - Analytical skills; - Experience in training and people development; - Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills; - This is a crew contract involving long period of travel on board of our ships and our offices. - Monitor and supervise the performance of the assigned ships to achieve Company's assigned targets; - Support the onboard team to achieve maximum revenue and Guests' Satisfaction; - Coach and train onboard teams; - Audit safety procedures in place with our Tour Operators.
