Easy At Work AS est une société spécialisée dans l’élaboration de solution Cloud pour la gestion et la planification des collaborateurs. Notre siège social est en Norvège et nous disposons également d’une équipe en Suisse.

En tant que notre futur(e) PROJECT SUPPORT INTERN, tu accompagneras et soutiendras l'équipe projet dans les différentes phases d’implémentation de notre solution de gestion des collaborateurs et des plannings.

**Ta mission**
- Tu assistes l’équipe projet dans les différentes phases d’implémentation de notre solution auprès de nos clients (planification, analyse, paramétrage, formation)
- Tu participes à l’élaboration des supports de formation au format digital et ludique
- Tu retranscrits auprès de nos développeurs les besoins métiers exprimés par nos clients
- Tu testes les nouvelles fonctionnalités utilisateur de notre solution en t’assurant que celles-ci répondent bien aux besoins exprimés

**Tes compétences**
- Tu parles couramment français et anglais (critères indispensables). L’allemand et/ou l’italien sont un plus.
- Tu as un Bachelor/Master universitaire ou d’une haute-école ou en cours d’obtention
- Tu t’intéresses aux sujets RH, IT et à la digitalisation/simplification des processus
- Tu aimes travailler avec la technologie
- Tu aimes analyser les problématiques et trouver des solutions pragmatiques
- Si tu as déjà eu un job durant tes études dans la restauration rapide et/ou dans le retail c’est un plus.

**Les conditions**
- Lieu : le poste est en « full remote » mais tu dois être basé(e) en Suisse et tu dois donc être en mesure de travailler depuis ton domicile. Tu rencontreras les membres de ton équipe physiquement au moins 1x par semaine et tu échangeras virtuellement tous les jours.
- Taux : 80%-100%
- Durée du stage : 6 mois minimum et jusqu’à 1 année
- Entrée en fonction : ASAP
- Horaires et jours de travail entièrement flexibles
- Le poste comprend des déplacements potentiels en Europe
- Le stage peut déboucher sur un poste de Junior Project Manager

Le processus de sélection comportera deux entretiens vidéo en français et anglais avec des personnes différentes de l’équipe.
