**Your responsibilities**:

- Handling incidents, change or service requests around Web security technology.
- Ensuring that services are delivered in line with agreed service level agreement.
- Planning automations for effective security operations.

**Your background**:

- Good knowledge of Firewalls, SWG, SSE platforms.
- Knowledge of Micro services-based architecture.
- Have worked with global OEMs i.e. AKAMAI, F5, Imperva etc.
- Broad knowledge and experience across IT infrastructure with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CSA, ISO, MITRE.
