**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, with a scope over more than 40 countries and 25 production sites, the Head of Treasury is responsible for ensuring the following:

- Efficient use of capital and cash - optimize liquidity and working capital
- Correctness of premium charges and liaise with internal parties on coverages required
- Efficient management of funds in line with the company's cash cycle and manage the relationship with rating agencies to ensure the company's rating is established at the appropriate level
- Efficient risk management focused on reducing volatility in the Group's results (EBIDTA / Cash Flow)
- Compliance with policies, DoA and other governance tools

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Partner with Senior Management and the operational teams, leveraging and overseeing local finance resources as necessary, to advise and support the business in all treasury matters
- Ensure the company is sufficiently covered through the various insurance programs and act as partner and coordinator for the Insurance Broker. Report in a regular basis to the Executive Committee ongoing developments and the economic aspects of the insurance program.
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s debt management, including principal and interest payments, debt rate elections, covenant compliance, etc.
- Identify the company’s ongoing exposures to movements in foreign exchange rates as a result of its operational flows, define and implement approaches to minimize it where possible, and execute hedging and monitor the company’s exposure to movements in interest rates
- Establish Treasury Policies for the Company, including Board approval, communication, enforcement, and ongoing update and provide oversight to the Region Treasurers
- Provide leadership to global credit manager; set strategy
- 10+ years combined experience in Treasury and Finance - global experience preferred
- BS or Master’s in finance or Accounting. CFA or equivalent is seen as advantageous
- Must have demonstrated an engaged approach to leading a Global Treasury function, and demonstrated success in working in a team-based finance organization
