To fully understand the needs of daily operations, you will be an integral member of our derivatives team, contributing in-depth product knowledge and providing accurate risk assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to both the bank and its clients.

When necessary, you will also assist our colleagues in handling Over-The-Counter (OTC) derivatives.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Participate and supervise important change initiatives (RtB, CtB) to drive operational excellence
- Assess and implement processes for new products or services
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
- Ensure the seamless processing of derivative transactions (Options, Futures)
- Monitor and manage lifecycle events, including option assignments, corporate action, and more
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to manage and mitigate risk positions
- Document and define processes, including the creation of detailed user manuals

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Strong expertise in Exchange-Traded Derivatives products is essential; knowledge of Over-The-Counter derivatives is a plus
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, such as FinfraG and EMIR
- Solid risk management skills, with the ability to monitor risk positions and implement mitigation strategies
- Proven experience in business transformation and change management initiatives
- Strong affinity for process analysis and continuous improvement
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Banking apprenticeship and / or higher education in the area of banking / business administration
- System know-how in derivative tools is an advantage
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
