**Digital Business und Marketing Consultant**(auf selbständiger Basis)**:
**Deine Aufgabe**
Als Digital Business und Marketing Consultant informierst Du potentielle Kunden über unser Angebot und ihren Nutzen. Du berätst Kunden strategisch und operativ zu möglichen Business-Solutions, Automationsmöglichkeiten und entwickelst Verkaufs
- und Marketingkonzepte für das jeweilige Geschäftsmodell. Du leitest selbständig Workshops, erarbeitest Workflows und schulst Anwender in der Nutzung ihrer Tools. Weiter erstellst Du mit ihnen Zielkundenprofile, Sales-Funnels, definierst Customer-Journeys, Kommunikationskanäle, erstellst Schaltpläne, Marketing
- und Sales-Funnels, entwickelst Shop-Konzepte und begleitest die Schnittstellen-Anbindung an vorhandene Systeme, wie ERP etc.
Als selbständiger Partner baust Du Dir Dein eigenes Kundenportfolio auf und partizipierst direkt am Erfolg. Unser Vergütungsmodell sichert Dir ein überdurchschnittliches und nachhaltiges Einkommen. Arbeiten kannst Du mobil (Home-Office, bei Kunden oder bei uns) und Deine Arbeitszeit teilst Du selber ein.
**Was solltest Du mitbringen?**
Du hast schon einige Jahre Erfahrung und bist bereits beratend tätig gewesen oder hast Projekte selber geführt. Du kannst Workshops vorbereiten und moderieren, hast Erfahrung im Erstellen von technischen Briefings, im Projekt-Management und Controlling. Wichtig ist Deine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen - in der digitalen Welt ganz wichtig - Unternehmergeist und Organisationstalent. Vielleicht hast Du Lust ein eigenes Team aufzubauen und zu führen. Alles technische Know-how vermitteln wir Dir «on the Job».
