For one of the leading Watch brands in the world, we are currently recruiting several new Retail Sales professionals (m/w) for the opening of their beautiful store in the mountain resort of St. Moritz (Graubünden).
**POSITION
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- To ensure a role of welcoming and service to customers in the different product departments
- To participate in the development of sales, thanks to adapted advice and a personalised follow-up
- To develop loyalty and long-lasting relations with the clientele
- To participate in the store daily activities (merchandise reception and storage, visual merchandising, handling payments, after-sales service, inventories)
**PROFILE
We are ideally looking for a person with the following:
- Previous sales experience (min. 3 years) in a high-end / luxury retail store
- Sense of responsibilities, autonomy, dynamism and enthusiasm
- Sales, customer service and high-end product experience
- Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and Team spirit
- Fluency in German and English, other languages would represent assets
