Art Vontobel is internationally oriented and, moreover, primarily dedicated to identifying and nurturing young and emerging talent. Next to the Collection we also established our biannual art award, "A New Gaze", that serves as a springboard for young artists. Areas of responsibility: - Assist in the coordination and administration of the bank's biannual art award, "A New Gaze." - Taking care of and updating the department's web and social media platforms, to promote Vontobel's artistic initiatives and events; Instagram, LinkedIn content, internal Art blog, website - Managing the collection (support with transportation, managing inventory) - Provide general support to the Head of the Department in daily and administrative tasks - Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of art-related projects and events - Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to enhance the visibility of Art Vontobel's initiatives - Conduct research work, on contemporary art trends and artists for potential collaborations and exhibitions **Requirements**: - A strong passion for and knowledge of contemporary art. A background in art history, art education or communication would be beneficial. - Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. - Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills - A proactive and flexible approach to work, with an interest in and ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently. - Familiarity with art-related events and exhibitions - Microsoft Office affluent. Familiarity with ArtPlus or similar art database a plus. - Very good written and spoken ability in the English language. - Confident German.
