**Job Description Summary**: Dive into a pivotal role at GE Vernova, where you'll be instrumental in addressing the climate crisis and accelerating the energy transition towards sustainable, lower carbon solutions. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and recruiting visionary leaders who are capable of driving significant change and innovation within the organization. Collaborate with Principal Executive Recruiters, HR Leaders, and Executive Business Leaders to be part of a world-class Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) team that excels in both internal and external executive search endeavours.
In this position, you will be empowered to lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives that are vital to GE Vernova’s mission of creating a cleaner and more sustainable future. You will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, utilizing advanced metrics and data-driven approaches to effectively map markets, plan succession for key roles, and enhance the overall executive recruitment strategy. Your efforts will ensure that GE Vernova attracts and retains top-tier executive talent committed to pioneering solutions in the energy sector.
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of Executive recruiting projects including open roles, market mapping, and succession across the EMEA & APAC regions in a metrics driven environment.
- Create vertical and functional talent networks in critical executive talent segments.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance, set high executive recruitment standards.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selection while using a data driven approach.
- Conduct business analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for strategic talent acquisition.
- Operate with the highest level of integrity and foster a culture of collaboration, learning and fun.
**Qualifications**:
- Significant experience in talent acquisition leading leadership/senior level searches.
- Proven experience working in an executive search firm and/or in-house executive talent acquisition team.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing/industrial/energy/med-tech/tech or an adjacent sector.
- Proven track record of success in executive search, with experience leading leadership level searches.
- Degree-calibre individual with a strong interest in executive search as a long-term career path.
- Competency in executive compensation.
- Knowledge of recruitment technologies, with a focus on innovative sourcing strategies and Gen AI tools.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills; capable of conceptualizing, structuring, and presenting compelling narratives.
- Demonstrable executive presence, with the ability to influence and engage at senior organizational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
