**Vos Tâches**:

- Diriger et encadrer l'équipe d'assemblage
- Optimiser les processus de production pour améliorer l'efficacité et suivre les indicateurs de performance
- Mettre en place et superviser les contrôles qualité à chaque étape de l'assemblage
- Identifier, analyser et résoudre les problèmes de qualité de manière proactive
- Etre le référent technique pour les questions d'offre et de réclamations clients
- Recruter, former et évaluer les collaborateurs de l'équipe d'assemblage
- Mettre en oeuvre les principes Lean Manufacturing et suivre les directives EHS (Environnement, Santé et Sécurité)

**Votre Profil**:

- Formation de technicien supérieur ou équivalent
- Expérience significative dans un poste similaire (minimum 3 ans), idéalement dans l'industrie horlogère
- Solides compétences en gestion et leadership
- Expertise dans les processus d'assemblage et gestion de production
- Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à prendre de décisions stratégiques rapidement
- Rigueur et souci du détail dans le contrôle qualité
- Excellentes compétences en communications et en coordination
- Maîtrise des outils MS Office et des logiciels de gestion de production. SAP un atout.
- Anglais niveau B2
