- Verhandlung und Mangen der Lieferanten
- Aufbau und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der internen Prozesse
- Stetige Skalierung unserer Produktion

**Und dafür bringst du mit**:
**Erfahrung**:

- Technische Ausbildung im Bereich Industrie (Maschinenbau FH/HF, Techniker, Konstrukteur, Automatiker, Polymechaniker)
- Wirtschaftliche Weiterbildung (Suply Chain Management, MBA, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Prozessfachmann,...)
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management und/oder Prozessmanagement
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im Aufbau von Lean Prozessen

**Persönlich**:

- Verhandlungsstark
- Hands-On-Mentalität
- Lean Mentalität
- Bereitschaft viel zu leisten und viel zu lernen
- Teamplayer mit Biss
