**Professional Education Manager - BWI - EMEA**

Reporting to Professional Education Lead BWI EMEA, the role will require:

- Deep understanding of BWI clinical educational environment
- Execution of Professional Education strategy on a portfolio of offerings that will advance patient outcomes
- Successfully manage relationships with International KOL and a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders

The Prof Ed Manager will be responsible for:

- Develop and Execute the overall BWI Professional Education plan for HCP’s across EMEA in alignment with Global Education Solution team and the Business clinical priorities;
- Sustain strategic partnership with key scientific society and EMEA Center Of Excellence,
- Develop blended learning pathways, with special focus on EP Fellows, including state of the art simulation and digital learning tools
- Maintain clear communication with countries while measure learning outcomes for continuous improvements.

Major responsibilities include:

- Manage the execution of Professional Education planned programs and courses for EP health care professionals.
- Develop and execute blended tailored learning curriculums including the EP Fellow Program Curriculum
- Execute the digital education strategy
- Work closely with country Professional Education and Business leaders to plan, implement and optimize delivery of Professional Education programs.
- Track, measure and analyze results for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders as compliance, finance, business compliance, legal and others to ensure flawless compliant execution of trainings and education grants.
- Constant self-excellence to provide high ProfEd standards for whole organizatio
- No relocation
- Traveling 50%

**Qualifications**
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Biosense Webster or Cardiac Arrythmias field experience is a must
- Expected 5 - 7 years of total experience between Medical Devices and Pharma
- Professional Education experience is an asset
- Digital Education experience is an asset
- Clinical/Medical experience is an asset
- English fluency is a must while other languages are always preferred
