- To become part of the “at-market” Procurement team within Nestlé Suisse SA and to help drive value into our business.
**Position Summary**:
In order to reinforce the Procurement team of our operating company Nestlé Suisse SA, we are currently looking for a Local Strategic Buyer for Activation and Trade Assets procurement categories.
Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, your main responsibilities will be to develop, communicate and implement sourcing strategies for the Activation and Trade Assets procurement categories.
**A day in the life of a Local Strategic Buyer**:
- Print POSM promo: Together with Above Market Procurement Organization define Global strategy and cross functional operational implementation of different projects. Lead Supplier Relationship at local level.
- Trade Assets: proactively team-up with all Marketing and Communication BU teams in Switzerland to understand their business needs and requirements and provide guidance, inspiration & connection as well as E2E implementation of the different projects.
- Set-up and implement an ambitious cost saving project program.
- Responsible for Activation and Accessories Store/Digital Catalogue.
- Perform supplier market analysis, category analysis and develop TCO understanding.
- Ensure compliance to Nestlé’s business principles, policies, standards and procurement policies.
**What will make you successful**:
- University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Procurement, R&D or Project Management related function.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders across a complex organization.
- Fluency in English and French, German is an asset.
