Tasks

As part of our marketing and operations teams, you'll work closely with us to build a cutting-edge marketplace and sharing community. Your tasks will include:

- Expanding and developing our categories and product types to enhance user experience
- Optimizing our search engine results, both paid and organic (SEA & SEO)
- Managing our social media accounts to engage and grow our audience across platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Assisting in driving traffic to Marko and fostering a vibrant community
- Supporting in customer support activities, translations and product testing, as well as in organizing team workshops/events

You bring your own device (working laptop and maybe a smartphone for social activities if needed).

**Requirements**:
We're seeking an ambitious, driven, and highly creative young professional who is passionate about personal and professional growth. Here's what we value:

- Social media native: You grew up with social media and spend time on platforms like TikTok.
- Secondhand lover: You have a genuine passion for the secondhand market.
- Content creation experience: Show us your creative side
- Excellent creative writing skills in English & German, fluent in Swiss German.
- Trend-savvy: You have a good understanding of what's trending and how to engage social communities around those trends.
- Kind-hearted: We're a friendly bunch and appreciate people with good hearts ❤️.
- Bonus points: Experience in e-commerce, startups, category management, content management, SEO, SEA, and analytics.
