Logistics & Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator (flexible working time and partial remote work possible) to join our growing team in Lausanne, Switzerland.

As the Logistic & Operations Coordinator you will report directly to the CFO of Pix4D’s Group and will be responsible for coordinating, implementing and communicating all aspects related to the supply chain of the hardware business line. **Responsibilities**
- Oversees all aspects of supply chain management ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers.
- Tracks and monitors the shipment operations of warehouse and distribution centers.
- Coordinates the hardware inventory at a group level.
- Manages the inventory tool, related maintenance and internal adoption.
- Coordinates the hardware projects management procedures.
- Assists with the worldwide hardware certification process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Effective interpersonal communication: you feel comfortable to independently coordinate internal and external teams and stakeholders on all levels and from different cultural backgrounds.
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities: you feel comfortable with overlapping projects, respect deadlines and are able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient English language skills, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Excel
