In this exciting role as an assistant to the Employee Council, you will take on a central position in organization and coordination. From annual scheduling to the implementation of important events, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will not only keep track of protocols, but also business trips and financial matters. Your varied tasks actively contribute to the success of the Employee Council by laying the foundations for efficient processes.

**This position reports to**:
President Employee Council

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for comprehensive annual scheduling of the Employee Council and effective organization of the President's business trips to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Taking charge of the organization and preparation of important events such as section head conferences, plenary meetings of the Employee Council as well as training days and workshops (coordination of meeting venues, catering and infrastructure)
- Diligent preparation of minutes for section head conferences and the plenary meeting of the Employee Council
- Managing changes in the Employee Council in all documents as well as continuous maintenance of files and the AR SharePoint, including access authorizations
- Carrying out general assistance tasks to support the Leadership team and the President to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Regularly updating the AR portal on the intranet (inside.ch) to provide employees with up-to-date information at all times.
- Managing the AR treasury, including payments and invoicing

**Your background**:

- Completed commercial vocational training, further training is an advantage
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Sound knowledge of MS Office tools
- A team-oriented, solution-oriented way of working
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in German and English
