Procurement Manager

**Your Responsibilities**: - In this position, you hold both managerial and operational responsibility for the "Procurement" department, - You are responsible, for the employees in your department, for the implementation and compliance with rules regarding workplace safety, health protection, and environmental standards. - You are responsible of the development and implementation of the strategy for the “Procurement” department, considering the objectives of the company as well as the “Purchasing” department. - You define procurement strategies (usage / parameters / inventories), - You ensure the supply of parts for the Internal Combustion Engine Business Unit, from manufacturing to assembly, - You oversee performance indicators and stock management, - You analyze turnover rates at suppliers and monitor the continuous improvement measures put in place, - You present your results to Management and stakeholders, - You are a driver of change and improvements necessary for the efficiency of the procurement function, - You participate in internal procurement projects and/or group-wide initiatives. **Your profile**: - You hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field, - You have at least five years of experience in Industrial Procurement or Supply Chain, - You have prior experience in team management, - You are fluent in French and English.
