Operations Coordinator

Nomad Aviation AG is an international and family-owned provider of business aircraft management services since more than 12 years. We are looking for a qualified, professional and motivated Operations Coordinator (f/m)

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of schedule and ad-hoc flights within the Middle East, Europe and Asia
- Feasibility checks of flights in regards to airport services, routing and aircraft performance
- Daily use of airline software, such as the use of an airline departure control system (DCS) and flight planning tools
- Liaise with onboard loadmasters and in-house flight dispatch to ensure on-time flight planning
- Oversee issuance of boarding passes and passenger manifests for each flight

**Your profile (Qualification/Experience)**:

- Knowledge of airline ground operations and/or ground handling workflows and processes in connection with passenger services (Ticketing, Check-In services, baggage handling, etc.)
- Knowledge of airline departure controll systems (DCS) and flight planning tools (JetPlanner, PPS, Foreflight, etc.)
- You are an energetic, motivated and proactive person with a high customer services-oriented attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to stay ahead of things even in demanding situations
- Have an excellent knowledge of verbal and written English
