**Research Associate im Bereich Strategic Management mit Fokus auf Business Model Innovation (m/w/d)**:

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Diese Position bietet Ihnen eine grossartige Gelegenheit im Bereich Business Model Innovation einen Doktortitel an der Universität St. Gallen zu erlangen. Sie werden aktiver Teil eines Forschungsteams, welches sich damit beschäftigt, zukunftsweisende Lösungen im Bereich Geschäftsmodelle zu entwickeln. Die Arbeit beinhaltet die Forschung an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, Innovation und Unternehmertum.- Tiefe Einblicke in das wissenschaftliche Arbeiten an einer international ausgerichteten Universität mit hoher Reputation
- Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen Team in einem international-orientierten Umfeld
- Einblicke in das Seminarmanagement und in die universitäre Lehre
- Die Möglichkeit empirische Forschung in internationalen Journals zu publizieren und Teilnahme an internationalen Konferenzen
- Praktische Arbeit mit Unternehmen zu Trendthemen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Hervorragender universitärer Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft (oder ähnlicher Fachrichtung)
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an wissenschaftlicher Arbeitsweise; nach Möglichkeit erste Erfahrungen (z.B. in der Masterarbeit)
- Starkes Interesse an den Themen Strategie, Innovation und Unternehmertum
- Überdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten und Interesse an theoretisch-konzeptionellen Aufgabenstellungen
- Freude an der Übernahme von Verantwortung, Organisationstalent sowie ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
