We provide a range of investment banking services to lower-middle and middle-market businesses: deal execution, deal origination, valuation of assets, business plans and financial modelling, Capital raising, debt raising, private equity financing, Debt restructuring, Exit strategy reviews, Strategic advisory and more.

Our Cross-Border M&A services are Strategic Advisory, Sell Side Advisory, Buy Side Advisory, Fairness Opinions, Business Valuations, Hostile Defense, Divestitures, Tender Offers, Spinoffs, Carve-Out to the World.

**Responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Performing financial analyses and valuations
- Conducting industry research
- Identifying and contacting potential buyers or acquisition targets
- Preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations
- Interacting with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
- Participating in new business meetings
- Hosting visits by potential buyers at client facilities
- Supporting senior bankers during transaction negotiations
- Facilitating due diligence and transaction closings
- Leading or implementing initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise value

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- MBA degree preferred
- M&A, capital raising, investment banking, accounting or other relevant experience preferred
- Strong Business English

**Job Type**: 100%

Pay: CHF95’709.00 - CHF106’218.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Bonus pay

License/Certification:
