The Corporate Finance team is part of Treasury and in charge of the Group-wide financing activities of Alpiq Group and several partner plants. **Your main responsibilities**
- Corporate funding: Support for negotiation of bilateral and syndicated credit facilities as well as support for preparation and execution of capital market transactions (bonds) for the Group and selected partner power plants
- Structured Finance: Support in origination, structuring and execution of commodity finance structures
- Interface management and communication with internal and external project partners throughout the financing process
- Processing and management of parent company and bank guarantees, especially at year end
- ESG: Support in the preparation of sustainability reports according to recognised standards or ad-hoc for financings
- Support in other Treasury tasks and ad-hoc Treasury projects

**Your profile**
- 3+ years of corporate finance experience in Treasury and/or Banking, especially debt financing and debt capital market financing. Swiss Certified Treasurer is a plus
- Bachelor or Master in Finance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Energy Sector is an advantage
- Good MS Office Applications skills. User knowledge in SAP, BPC & BW and PowerBI is a plus Proficient in German and English, French is a plus**Your benefits**
