To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the position of

**Export and Order Processing Administrator 100% (all genders)**

**Your contribution**:

- Independent order processing in an international context
- Organization of shipments with our logistics partners (freight forwarders and courier services)
- Creation of export documents (E-DEC, EUR1 export declarations, Carnet ATA, certificates of origin)
- Preparation of financial documents (credits, debit notes, returns, payment reminders)
- Verification of country-specific regulations, as well as tax and customs classifications
- Invoicing of orders and processing of Letters of Credit
- Close collaboration with our international distributor network

**Your skills and talents**:

- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Professional experience in order processing and export
- Solution-oriented mindset, communicative, customer-oriented, and assertive
- Appreciation for self-responsible, process-oriented work
- Proficient in both German and English
- Structured work using our CRM and ERP systems
