Supply Chain Transformation Operations Lead Ads 80-100%

The Supply Chain transformation Operations lead ADS is responsible for the implementation of the supply chain transformation related manufacturing execution activities for ADS in Visp. The transformation is supposed to be in line with the ADS Business strategy and goals as well as with Global Supply Chain strategy. The responsibility includes to ensure material staging to production assets and infrastructure to allow all time seamless operations activities. A key part of the role is also to ensure the close collaboration with further departments within the Supply Chain team but also related functions (Central SC, Operations, procurement and quality) and ensure alignments. Implement system solutions (e.g. SAP ERP and OMP interface) that support the different roles in day-to-day tasks is another key area in this role.

**What you will do**:

- Lead the stream for the manufacturing execution ADS in Visp.
- Lead Supply Chain projects (ie OMP). Act as the main contact and gate keeper between business, global functions and IT.
- Collect and prioritize areas for improvements. Design solutions and implement it together with relevant stakeholders.
- Supports Supply Chain ADS team Visp to drive key initiatives.
- Build and maintain network within Supply Chain and related functions on different levels up to the Site Leadership team ADS.
- Ensure proper change management within Supply Chain and related functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of the progress of the transformation to relevant stakeholders

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent experience and knowledge in manufacturing and supply chain as well as very good knowledge in SAP ERP PP and MM. Additional knowledge in OMP planning, SAP EWM, SAP S/4 or interfaces to MES is clearly seen as a plus point.
- Master degree or degree in Supply Chain, operations or a scientific discipline.
- Very good communication skills and experience in cross functional project management and collaboration, e.g. supply chain, production, quality, logistics are required.
- Highly motivated team player with excellent planning skill and an organizational talent to allow to deal with a complex environment.
- Experienced in leadership and an independent working style requiring a low level of supervision is also an advantage.
- English fluent, German a strong advantage
