**Job summary**:
To strengthen our production compliance function in overseeing our contract manufacturers, we are looking for an experienced professional to join us, starting immediately or by arrangement:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Oversee batch documentation control, review executed batch records, and approve or reject production batches to ensure GMP and regulatory compliance
- Manage deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and timely closure
- Maintain and analyze product and batch-specific overviews, conducting trend analyses to identify systemic issues and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate with Contract Manufacturers, Production, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to resolve batch-related issues and ensure timely compliance with production orders
- Support Quality System management, including audits, regulatory compliance, and enforcement of GMP-compliant procedures
**Your profile**:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience in quality assurance, including deviation management and Master Batch Record controlling
- Solid knowledge of GMP, ICH guidelines and regulatory expectations
- Knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging processes as an advantage
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage priorities under pressure
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills; compliance and improvement-focused mindset
- Excellent command of English and German
