You will be part of an international group supporting the European and Africa/Eurasia Division teams.

**What will be your main accountabilities?**:

- Arranges travel arrangements of Directors and Colgate visitors (travel, hotel, pick-ups).
- Act as the leader for the Travel system platform (Concur).
- Administer expense & American Express reports.
- Manage Purchase orders.
- Prepare agenda for various meetings.
- Coordinate video conferences.
- Independently handles requests for information from internal and external clients.
- Arrange catering needs, when necessary.
- Secretarial assistance to visitors.
- Coordinate office support, (reception / coverage), on an as needed basis (staffing over lunch / vacation periods).
- Preparing & expediting packages to be sent / received by courier
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

**What are the required qualifications?**:

- Minimum 4 years administrative experience.
- Experience with major multinational firms is a plus.
- Excellent working knowledge of English. German and French would be a plus.
- SAP experience would be desirable; Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.), Power Point & Excel is a must.

- Outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to work both, independently and within a team.
- Capacity to handle highly confidential information.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
