Customer Success Manager

As Customer Success Manager at SalesPlaybook, your mission is to ensure that our customers will trust and rely on you to help them achieve their goals. You will build great relationships, have inspiring conversations and will give advice to create the maximum positive impact you could possibly have with our customers and the SalesPlaybook team.
This role requires you to be deeply curious, communicative, proactive and persuasive, but also analytical, structured and process-oriented.
**Tasks**
- Achieve negative churn by expanding our revenue in accounts
- Increase average customer lifetime from 6-12 to 12-24 months incl. cross
- & upselling
- Gather customer feedback on renewal probability, testimonials and referrals continuously
- Measure effectiveness by defining and tracking key metrics and implement systems for it
- Closely collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on improving existing processes
**Requirements**:
- You are fluent in **German** and **English** in writing and speaking
- You are based in **German-Speaking Switzerland** (remote)
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Ideally combined background of sales and post-sales experience
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset + desire for continuous improvement
