On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Luxury company in the Fashion industry, we are recruiting the following profile, to lead and manage their store in Crans Montana:
**STORE MANAGER / LUXURY COMPANY / CRANS MONTANA**
**_Duties and responsibilities: _**
- Responsible to guarantee operative functioning of the store and correct management of sales resources, merchandise in order to contribute of achieving company goals
- Lead and manage a high performing store team
- Through successful recruitment, on-boarding and training
- Business development
- Guarantee financial results of the store through strong local network
- Manage KPI and propose action plans
- Reports of sales and Planning
- Stock management and personnel costs
- Qualified degree
- 5/8 years of experience in a Managerial role
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in KPI, sales analyses and reports
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shift
