We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Assistant to join the OSAM Formations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries from prospective clients in German, introducing them to our training solutions, and actively reaching out to potential clients in the Swiss German-speaking region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and manage inquiries from prospective clients in German.
- Present and explain our training solutions to potential clients.
- Proactively engage with prospects in the Swiss German-speaking market to generate new business opportunities.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.

**Location**: Remote work possible
**Salary**: Fixed + Commission

Pay: CHF26.00 - CHF27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 15 per week
