Serpentine Ventures (SERV), the investment arm of the Swiss Startup Group, is looking for a Junior Sales: the job is to increase sales and revenue for the company. This is achieved by running competitive analysis, forecasting, and making recommendations on how, marketing, and other teams should move forward. Once integrated, the junior sales starts selling products and offerings as well as supports the sales team in doing so accordingly.

SERV was founded by experienced entrepreneurs and financial services professionals and works with exceptional entrepreneurial talents to build and invest in new technology companies. SERV wants to build a dedicated sales team that expands its capabilities by selectively recruiting and adding distinctive fundraising talent. Tasks
- Report directly to the Head of Clients
- Support and maintain a customer-centric framework to run the sales franchise of SERV
- Interact directly with clients and raise assets for the fund programs of SERV from institutional investors, like asset managers, banks, family offices, pension funds
- Build up a network of well-connected supporters and advisors that can help broaden the reach of our fundraising efforts
- Construction and maintaining of detailed competitor, market and customer analysis.
- Be responsible for CRM reporting for monthly sales meeting

**Requirements**:

- A sound understanding of investment management and financial market products and services
- High energy level and motivation to be part of a high performing team, entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative team-oriented approach to business
- Superior oral and written communication skills in English German and preferably in French
- Ability to establish a high level of credibility externally and internally (personable, mature, influential)
- Exceptional record of academic, entrepreneurial and professional achievement
- Strong commercial acumen and intellectual curiosity
- High attention to detail, with a reputation for producing consistent, clear and reliable outputs
