For the EMEA production plant, based in Winterthur (Switzerland), we are looking for a:
**Quality Production Manager 100% M/F/d**

**Job summary**:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Personnel management and leadership of Production Quality Department
- Budget oversight
- Ensures alignment of goals with strategic plan
- Drives and supports Quality Initiatives and ensures alignment to achieve department goals
- Ensures that owned processes comply to internal and external requirements
- Ensures effective and compliant processes and performance regarding:

- Incoming Inspection
- Final Inspection
- Quality Release to Market

**Your Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in engineering or scientific related discipline
- Further educations in the field of Quality Assurance
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Medical Device or other regulated Industry
- Minimum of 5 years proven track record in supervisory experience
- Good background business economics and project management
- Knowledge of applicable Regulations and Standards, in particular ISO 13485, ISO 14971, the Medical

Device Directive 93/42/EEC and Medical Device Regulation (MDR 2017/745), US Quality System Regulations (QSR)
- Good German skills (written/oral)
- Good English skills (written/oral)

- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit a positive, energetic approach to teamwork
- Strong organizational, analytical and time-management skills
- Ability to recognize and prioritize quality issues

- Sense of initiative and ability to solve problems and make logical decisions

**Travel Requirements**:
This dynamic Job position has a willingness to travel from 0-10%.
