Join Visium’s sales team and actively contribute to our rapid expansion

You will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise wide sales at Visium. You will own your target and contribute to help us scale the impact we achieve with our Pharma, MedTech, Chemical, and CPG clients.

What you will be responsible for
We offer consulting projects and professional services. You will be responsible for leading discovery sessions, qualifying leads, conducting holistic needs-analyses, designing solutions (bespoke AI solutions) in collaboration with our AI Solution Architects, managing and progressing opportunities throughout the sales journey.

As an advisor to our clients, we expect you to:

- “Own” your potential accounts and providing strategic advice vs. merely selling our services when clients request;
- Focus on your potential account’s market, customer segments, their services, and strategy;
- Provide your potential accounts with a strategic direction.

**Requirements**:
What we are looking for

Required qualifications:

- 5+ years experience doing account acquisition and expansions and industry expertise (in pharma, MedTech, Chemical, or CPG sector by either selling into these verticals or having worked in related companies)
- A proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals for tailored services or tailored solutions/products - Consultative selling capabilities, strong discovery skills & business acumen
- Consistent and proven sales track record, achievement or exceeding targets of 1M/yr, for existing and new business
- Fluent in English is mandatory

Desired qualifications:

- AI expertise
- Technical (engineering or data science) background
- Consulting experience
- German or French fluency
- Salesforce CRM knowledge
