Stäubli Electrical Connectors is a leading international manufacturer of electrical contacts and system solutions for industry.

The work location is at our headquarter in Allschwil.

Your tasks
- Elaborates and defines the product portfolio vision and strategy for sustainable growth
- Analyzes and manages the existing portfolio for improvements and taking necessary actions. This includes leading pricing strategy, product life cycle management, product-market positioning and go-to-market strategy to ensure a competitive product portfolio to maintain leading position in market
- Conducts necessary market research and competition analysis
- Leads initiatives for development of new products by market assessment, customer demand and value creation
- Defines and develops customer driven product roadmap within the portfolio strategy, prepare the necessary business case and product requirement specification to support and initiate new product development projects
- Works very closely with the engineering, sales, marketing and other departments to deliver the products into the market
- Creates relationships with customers, business development and sales force to provide necessary technical expertise
- Works with marketing departement to create product documentations and support marketing communication campaigns (such as webinars, videos, social media etc.)

Profile
- Bachelor or master's degree in engineering field, further education or experience in marketing / business highly desirable
- Relevant product management experience in an international B2B environment
- Previous knowledge of electrical connectors or electronic industry is an advantage
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in German and English
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Driven by innovation and new technologies
- Possess skills to network, collaborate and focus on solutions
- Be able to prioritize and work with a high level of independence, systematic and structured way of working to achieve defined goals
- Willingness to travel up to 20
