**Faculty of Law / URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R** **Research Assistant 20 %**: Start of employment 1 January 2025, temporary At the Faculty of Law / URPP Human Reproduction Reloaded | H2R, at the chair of Prof. Dr. iur. Alice Margaria is a Research Assistent position to be filled. The focus of the Chair is on legal approaches to family diversity, from a gender and human rights perspective. Through the combination of doctrinal and empirical research methods, special attention is directed to the societal implications of existing legal frameworks pertaining to reproduction and family relationships, and the experiences of contemporary non-traditional families (eg LGBTQI+ families and families created through assisted reproduction) often deprived of legal recognition and protection. The Chair for Law and Reproduction is an integral part of the University Research Priority Program (URPP) "Human Reproduction Reloaded", hosted by the Faculty of Law and bringing together researchers from six faculties and various disciplines from the humanities, social, medical and natural sciences.
